Featuring an amazing but terrifying performance by Anthony Wong who had previously been seen in such classics as Hard Boiled and Full Contact.Wong plays a sadistic character who kills a restaurant owner and his family (in very explicit and un-nerving detail)and then carries on running the restaurant feeding the customers with buns which are filled with the flesh of the murdered family.

Probably one of the most notorious Hong Kong films ever made.The flashbacks of the murdered family are very intense and not for the faint of heart!I've seen a lot of stuff in my years of film watching but i have to say this film really pushes the mark.

Available uncut on Region 1 (USA) DVD by Tai Seng Video Marketing in Cantonese with English subtitles and also features an audio commentary from Anthony Wong.
